About the Job

Our company has a need for Business Intelligence with experience in data analytics and metrics optimization. We are interested in furthering our data collection and analysis practices, so you will be responsible for instituting new policies, procedures and programs from the ground up. We’ll need you to hire data analysis professionals to assist you in putting the data we collect to practical use, with the end goal of maximizing profits and increasing our efficiency. You’ll be responsible for processing several different types of data, including those related to our website and online presence.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or Equivalent
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Analytical, Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure and time constraints
  • At least 1 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Solid knowledge of SQL, performance tuning, data analysis and integration
  • Knowledge in technology such as Sharepoint and power BI
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer- Software or equivalent


Preferred Qualifications

  • Good in communication (vocal person)
  • Ability to understand and find appropriate applications for data and analysis result
  • Great personality who can collaborate with other division
  •  Knowledge in Technology such as C#, VSTO, SharePoint, SAS, Power BI, MEAN Stack are a big plus
  • Knowledge in investment Analytic tools: FactSet, Bloomberg etc.
  • Ability to read code and support applications, reports and processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Report Development
  • Generated Reporting
  • Maintain and support data analytics platforms
  • Actively using Microsoft SQL, SSIS, SSAS, & SSRS during his tenure as BI
  • Developer understand the concept of cube and how to create cube from end to end
  • Mapping query, design ETL, and SQL procedure
  • Develop and manage BI solutions
  • Provide reports, processes and Excel VBA applications through the application life cycle
  • Collaborate with business users
  • Analyze business processes and requirements
  • Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design and user manuals
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions
  • Identify development needs in order to improve and streamline operations
