This website is operated by PT IDStar Cipta Teknologi (“IDStar”) as an online platform that provides information on job opportunities in the Information Technology (“IT”) field, as well as information regarding IT services and related content.

By accessing or using this website, users agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If users do not agree with these Terms of Service, users should discontinue using the website. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

  1. Permitted Use of the Site
    Users acknowledge and agree to use this website solely for the purpose of:

    • Browsing job openings

    • Submitting job applications

    • Discovering IT services that may suit their needs

 

Users may contact IDStar using the contact details provided on the website.

 

Users may also subscribe to updates by entering their personal details via the “Subscribe to our newsletter” section.

In the course of submitting job applications or subscribing to updates, users may be required to provide personal data, including contact details and professional information.

IDStar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time, including for maintenance, updates or operational reasons.

  1. Document Upload
    To apply for jobs through IDStar, Users are required to upload documents such as their Curriculum Vitae (CV) in PDF format.


Users are strongly discouraged from including copies of personal identification documents such as ID cards (KTP), tax numbers (NPWP) in their uploaded files or other confidential personal identification documents. IDStar is not responsible for personal information voluntarily included by users in uploaded files


The maximum file size for uploads is 500 KB.

 

  1. Recruitment Process
    The recruitment process on IDStar’s site does not specify any fixed timeline visible to users and is subject to internal policies, which may change at any time.


Applicants whose CVs are considered potential matches for open positions will be contacted by the IDStar team via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

 

IDStar does not guarantee that any job application submitted through the website will result in employment or further recruitment processes.

    Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless IDStar, along with its board of commissioners, directors, employees, representatives, partners, owners, shareholders, predecessors, successors, and assigns, from any claims, actions, damages, losses, expenses, or legal fees (including full litigation costs) arising from misuse of the IDStar website, violations of these Terms of Service or infringement of any third-party rights, and from the temporary unavailability, interruption or malfunction of the website.


This indemnity is in addition to the User’s other obligations and. To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law, IDStar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from unauthorized access to User information caused by third parties

 

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

All content available on the IDStar website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software, is the property of IDStar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 

 

  1. Dispute Resolution

Users agree that any legal actions or disputes related to the site, applications, or this agreement will first be resolved through mutual discussion. If no resolution is reached, both parties agree to settle the dispute under the applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia, through BANI (Indonesian National Arbitration Board).
